Yes, a Romanian named Vasile. Took 30k and then couldn’t continue because he didn’t pay his workers so they walked. Then he did. He was the biggest liar I ever met.
Too many red flags from the initial quote. The apartment owner didn’t do proper due diligence. Not blaming him but this could have been avoided.
I understand this is under investigation but according to the information, the “contractor” is a danger to the community, therefore, they should have acted faster, but apparently they cannot even know his location? Wtf really?
Police and courts seem to not care and useless, they seem forgiving this and many other criminal activities. Now I wonder how many more cases like this or worse, that unfortunately don’t go public, are there…
This happens when you buy shit property and extremely overvalued in Luxembourg and expect renovation costs to be cheap…
Prices are inflated by more than 50%> when will people wake up?!
