I do not understand why we can’t just give them a credit card (not as in MasterCard, but a PrePaid)
If we give them money, we have the right to know how it is spent.
I always wonder in what sort of parallel world these people live.

Good step. This sends the right signal that there is still law in Switzerland, and the government still enforces it.
For the people who don’t understand why this is in place, it is to combat the drug dealing and petty theft which is rife with migrants.
Can’t get a job or money – what do you do? Yes they shouldn’t be here, but that doesn’t solve the immediate issue.
The main problem is how they get here in the first place, but nobody wants to work on this.
As a left leaning person I say Zurich is getting far too liberal with these kind of issues.
