I also love hiking in the jura mountains, but usually in AG/SO/BL. Also a lot of Border stones from 16XX with the bernese coat of arms.
But speaking of JU and border stones, I’d highly recommend the following hiking trail near Bonfol:

The trail crosses over into France for a bit, along long the very southern end of the western front from WW1, you’ll pass by the border stone that officially marks “km 0” of the front.
A stunning density of borderstones can be found in BS, Riehen and Bettingen. The oldest ones date from 15-something.

If you love borderstones you should walk along the German-Swiss border in Basel-Stadt. There are some beautiful old ones there, some still / repainted with the coat of Arms of the Grossherzogtum Baden on the one side. I think one even has the Austrian flag on it.
Then there is also the totally chaotic border situation around Roggenburg, Kiffis, Ederswiler, Kleinlützel, Rodersdorf, Biederthal, Burg, etc where cantons and countries switch all the time. Some fun stuff to find there too (though I’d take the bike for that).
Here’s a cool story about how swisstopo keeps these stones maintained: https://www.srf.ch/news/schweiz/vermessung-der-landesgrenze-mit-steigeisen-buschmesser-und-krawatte
Dig one out and move it a bit :D. OK, don’t its probably a crime. But its a funny thought.
