Aww man, who put that building in the middle of a perfectly nice parking lot :(?
And now there is scaffolding around the scaffolding that supports the original scaffolding.
Tear it down, rebuild it brick by brick (in the same neo classic look or not I don’t care) with modern insulation, plumbing and electricity.
It will cost more at first but at least it’s not an open wound bleeding away money from Justice.
