Ehi, so che bere/acquistare alcolici in Lussemburgo è legale all’età di 16 anni, tuttavia sembrano esserci opinioni abbastanza diverse sul fatto che questo sia anche il caso per l’alcol ad alta percentuale. In Germania ad esempio puoi bere (da solo) all’età di 16 anni ma solo alcol a bassa percentuale, per bere alcol ad alta percentuale devi avere 18 anni. quando ho provato a chiedere in giro se è lo stesso per Lussemburgo ho ricevuto risposte diverse ogni volta e anche il sito web della polizia* afferma solo che vendere alcolici ai minori di 16 anni è illegale. Qualcuno ha una risposta chiara o magari anche un sito ufficiale che indichi se è possibile acquistare anche alcolici ad alta gradazione all’età di 16 anni? * https://police.public.lu/en/legislation/alcool.html

The law was changed in 2020 prohibiting the sale of spirits to under 18s, previously it was just 16 for all types of alcoholic drinks
Can’t be more official than the site you posted I think. Minimum 16 for alcohol, low or high percentage.
There seem to be plans to push it to 18 for high percentage alcohol but not yet done.
