The “funny” thing is, looking at what happened in Germany after WW2, that the ukrainian infrastructure will be the most modern in Europe after the rebuild. Russia will significantly have less in a lower standard of everything.
in Latvia we say, “ko sÄ“si, to pļausi”, rough translation – what you sow, that you reap.
Hopefully the rest of a Europe will come up with a solution. I gladly switch off my lights in favour of Ukraine.
