Ciao, quindi sto cercando di fare domanda [Arbeitslosengeld](https://www.arbeitsagentur.de/arbeitslos-arbeit-finden/arbeitslosengeld) ma per compilare questo modulo devo caricare un sacco di documenti, uno di questi è l’Arbeitsbescheinigung, cosa dovrei fare se il datore di lavoro non vuole rispondermi quando lo chiedo, posso fare qualcosa in questo caso? L’Agentur für Arbeit capirebbe questa situazione?

Yes. Tel them explicitly, that your Former employer is unwilling and they will force him too Do so. But as everything in Germany it might take ages
Ok so first, usually you don’t have to upload the Arbeitgeberbescheinigung. You get a paper from Agentur with your case number on it, you send that to your former employers. It explains how they can send the Bescheinigung directly to the Agentur. If they don’t comply, tell the Agentur für Arbeit. The can pressure your former employers to do so.
