As you have exposed wires, Sockel/Fassung doesn’t matter. This is for bulbs, where you already have a socket attached to the wires. Those sockets have different sizes, and there are different “styles”.
Any idea what kind of lights you’d like? That’s mostly a matter of taste.
You may have to drill holes into the ceiling and use dowels (Dübel) to attach the lights. You can easily do this yourself. Be sure to measure before you place the lights so the wire isn’t too short or too long. Open the lights to see where the wire attaches inside, so you take this into account, too. You can easily attach the wire to the ceiling with Kabelschellen, if you don’t want a hanging wire.
It’s also not very hard to attach the lights to the wires, just make sure to turn off the fuse first. You have protective earth (yellow-green) which should go to the protective earth of the light (if present). Phase and center are less critical.
