There are literally no strategic, tactical nor political reason for UKR to blow up the dam.
In fact, it would be disastrous for UKR.
Unless UKR top commands all went crazy at the same time, like what happened to RuZZia.
The west have SO LITTLE trust in UKR that they are willing to doubt them for something so serious.
THIS is why the west is hesitant to give UKR the best weapons, ammo and remove the limitations on their usage within RuZZian border.
The west STILL DONT TRUST UKR, THIS IS the sad stupid truth.
Europe has proven, we’ll go very far to avoid direct involvement. Germany covered up sabotage of Nord Stream, Poland covered up missile strikes, Romania covered up drone crashes and the rest of us allow FSB to spread nerve toxins, blow up ammunition warehouses, election interference, cybercrime, cybersabotage and GPS jamming. Because we believe reciprocity is the same as escalation and believe if we reward bad russian behavior, they will change for rhe better.
It doesn’t matter who hit it, or if it just failed due to misuse… It was in russian hands because they invaded Ukraine. russia is responsible. This video, though, is pure propaganda… I don’t see any new video here that proves it was Russia; just new footage of the collapse with a TTS voice… not a big deal due to the language barrier, but still, notthing substantial is shown in the footage here. “This evidence proves that russia itself blew up the facility last year” … Then show that instead of B-roll footage?
Again, I’m 100% pro-ukraine here… just this video clip shows nothing while having a computer talk a lot.
