Freedom today remains a precious thing, as it was 80 years ago. We do remembering its costs and its adversaries. Times change, evil does not, nor what the good must do to bring and preserve peace.
We should have invited a Taiwan representative too.
Zelenskyy is an incredible leader. Inspirational. Wish we had someone like him to vote for in November.
My wife pointed out the lovely “I want to hold your hand moment” (time stamp 48 – 50) I hope they always stay this romantic.
My grandpa was with the 82nd Infantry as a paratrooper, I believe they were one of the first. He was always my hero.
Edit.. He met and married my grandma who was french, and moved her to the hills of Tennessee. They were married for 70 years, I miss them so….
