Ho acquistato un’auto recentemente importata dalla DE. Per pura curiosità mi chiedevo cosa significa questo adesivo? L’unica informazione che ho trovato riguardava la “zona Umwelt” che riguarda un pass per veicoli per una regione dall’aria più pulita?

Depending on certain specs, a car might get a green, yellow or red sticker or none at all. It’s based on emission values. Regional authorities may instate an “Umweltzone” (usually only in bigger cities), and decide which color stickers are allowed inside. If you enter without the sticker (even if your car would be eligible to a sticker color that is allowed), it’s an administrative offence.
