Stasera cena ucraina.

Needs more dill. Once you add some more, then add some more.
Oh and mayo
Looks good. Love that bottle of Vodka!
Think that looks a lot better than anything I can do. The salmon has a really inviting color.
33% success 🙂
The smear on the bread under the salmon is sour cream. The rest is a 50/50 mix of sour cream and mayo. I saw them used nearly interchangeably in the recipes I was reading so I split the difference. It’s a delicious combo.
I would eat it with a cola zero or pepsi max
Nice job OP.
I think most westerners should try making Borscht soup 🙂 It’s surprisingly delicious. Use beef with bone to get bonus flavor points.
Hey! This is amazing! My aunt always adds tomatoes to mizeria. And needlessly I love addition to tovchanka. This is actually inspired me to start cooking Ukrainian more casually. Thank you for that and please keep us posted of your future endeavours!
OMG I wish I was having that right now!
I can’t comment on the authenticity of the food, but that salmon looks especially tasty! 👍
Looks absolutely delicious! You can cook for me any time you please.
