Allowed to cars that are not higher than 2.5m
A road sign can have further “explanation” by adding signs under it. If only the upper sign was there, it would be an absolute “NO TURNING RIGHT!”, but by adding the “+2,5m height” under it, that becomes “NO TURNING RIGHT if you’re taller than 2,5m”.
