The satellite photos show multiple launchers deployed within a few tens of metres of each other… what sort of braindead idiot is running that division?
Over 2 years into the war, with ATACMS and other cluster munitions being deployed on a regular basis, and someone decides to line his launchers up beside each other so that Ukraine can save ammunition.

Russian decision making on deploying its air defense systems must be going something like this:
General Melchetski: “Chief of the General Staff General Gerasimov has formulated a brilliant new plan to ensure final victory in the air.”
Captain Chornoradyukov: “Would this brilliant new plan involve us parking our air defense systems closely together and turn on the radars while the operators are blind drunk?”
Captain Malenki: “How could you possibly know that, it’s classified!”
Captain Chornoradyukov: “It’s the same plan we used last time, and the 17 times before that.”
General Melchetski: “Exactly! And that’s what so brilliant about it. It will catch the watchful ukrop totally off-guard. Doing precisely what we’ve done 18 times before is exactly the last thing they’ll expect us to do.”
