Non capisco come posso farla franca senza subire penalità. Se pago il parcheggio, costa così tanto. Se mi fanno la multa costa 10 euro. Ma quando ricevo 3 penalità, mi legano il volante della macchina. Non capisco affatto cosa dovrei fare? per favore aiutami per favore

You don’t get a free house, free beer or free parking. So you have to pay for it, like the rest of us. You can always sell your car, if you don’t want to pay for it.
