Depends on the diameter of the anus.
Typically, in the West they carry it inside their ass.

Well the screwdriver is a sharp object, and a demon core usually uses two. So you’d have to remove the screwdrivers out of the equation and you should be ok, legally speaking, not in the “not having cancer” sense
