      Yes, it’s a scam.

      Nothing works like that. No one lets you test a car *for five days*, having it shipped to you from abroad for free. You’ll be told to pay the fake “shipping company”, claiming your money will be in “escrow”. In reality you are paying the scammers.

      Another rule of thumb: When someone claims to be on an *oil platform*, that is a scam.

      scam, if you’re looking for a newish car you’re better off buying it from a dealer than a private person
