So proud of Armenia to make these bold and brave steps. Sharing is caring, and I believe that being generous even in times of need is the right thing to do
Azerbaijan doesn’t have to participate in events like this which, let’s be honest, are mainly for image, and do not provide Armenia with the same advantages as arms deals, loans/investments and/or joint military training/exercises – nor do they serve as a guarantee or assurance that such engagement is forthcoming – and yet, the former maintains satisfactory relations with Russia, Iran and the West. They’re even holding joint military exercises with Iran, and I haven’t seen any comment from the US.
I guess oil and gas is the cheat code in international relations.
