    1. Flexing abroad is a big positive spin, more like running away from Ukrainian range

    2. The Russian way; easy to “flex” if the opponent does not fight back, if they do then it is unfair.

I doubt it’s possible, but it would be a real statement if Ukraine were able to hit those ships while in Cuba or at sea.

Most of the Black Sea Fleet has taken shelter in the Sea of Azov so in all likelihood Moscow will just rename the Black Sea Fleet and declare a great victory.

I would be more interested to see if there are any instances of Russian Sailors deciding to stay in Cuba it would make sense. Cuba is a long way away from Ukrainian missiles.

Cubans will drive to the waterside in their 70 year old Plymouths to gaze in wonder at the advanced Soviet-era ships

They are not flexing but bringing them to “temporary” safety!

This is just posturing from ruzzia… they sailed as close to the US territorial waters as possible, even giving people on cruise ships photo opportunities.
They’re docked where they are to make the statement as publicly as they can, through visibility. It also gives all the conspiracy theorists fodder for their rhetoric and cult followers.

I’m sure a certain red hat wearing individual will say [paraphrase], “If I was president (in office, white house, etc) this would not have happened” 🤪
Can’t wait for him to utter the words, you know he will, as the great business mind and intellectual that he [thinks he] is. 🤣

It’s two warships and two support ships.  I wouldn’t call that a flex. . .

It is funny that russians themselves have a saying “Понты дороже денег”, which closely translates to: “Show off is more valuable than money”. Basically, they don’t care if they are cool, it is more important everyone else thinks they are cool.

Where’s the extended range Sea Baby when you need one?

    11. Pounded while flexing muscle?

Something about that just gives me a Tingle-ing kind of feeling… if any of you buckaroos catch my drift.

Ukraine has proven that Patriot is capable of shooting down Russia’s hypersonic missiles.

    13. Cubans: Hey can you pick us up and drop us off at Key West? Just askin!

The wildest thing about this is…  These are fair game in international water.  Ukraine can throw some sea babies on a fishing boat and probably sink all the surface vessels as they journey back to Russia.

I wouldn’t be too surprised if they can also sink the subs with a little weapons transfer.

Or get a ship and put a few harpoon launchers on it.

There is nothing that limits this war to the Black Sea.  There is nothing that limits allies transferring Intel and technology to that theater either.  This shit is fair game and should be sunk in the middle of the fucking Atlantic.

CNN really loves to just eat up the Russian PR doesn’t it? “An armada!”

It is 1 attack sub and a fast frigate (as small as warships come), with a supply ship and a tugboat on a freedom of the seas tour to Cuba. Who gives a fuck, there is a cordon of US subs entirely and completely up their ass the entire time, one US sub even showed itself to prove it.

“Hypersonic missiles” yeah sure, the same unstoppable missiles that have been getting shot down in Ukraine?
