Vignette is for the Autobahn. Toll is for the tunnel. Don’t know why you would be confused there.

and if you choose another route and enter one of the tunnels, you would pay it directly on the station with cash or card)
Both Gleinalm- and Bosrucktunnel on the A9 are special toll sections where the vignette is not needed but everyone has to pay the toll.
But according to the route in your link you are not using either of those tunnels (you are basically using the section of the A9 between them) so you won’t have to pay special toll.
