Was ugly during onion times and is still ugly they need to change the facade.
Bad idea. Doesnt look harmonious with the “heavy-stone” soviet architecture. Maybe if they paint it darker shade it will ease the visual pain)
Dull. If you have the chance to renovate these buildings, why not paint them in bright colors? Like orange or maybe pink?
