Abbiamo fatto le pulizie moderatamente (aspirapolvere, scopa, lavandini puliti della cucina e del bagno), quindi prevediamo di sostenere dei costi per la pulizia, ecc. dal proprietario (Bernard-Nicod). Poi ecco che arriva questo conto. 1. Nettoyage complet dell’appartamento: 3000 ~~2. Remplacement du cylindre + fourniture de 4 clés: 1500~~ (Ho dimenticato l’ultima chiave da restituire) 3. Forfait peinture: 1500 4. Forfait pour parquet: 2000 ~~5. Loyer de juin demi loyer: 1050~~ (previsto) Quindi ignorando i punti 2,5, il costo totale rimanente della pulizia è di 6500 CHF. Il ragazzo dell’agenzia ha detto che si tratta di un numero “stima superiore” e può essere inferiore; ma sono sicuro che accadrà il caso peggiore (massimo). Ciò esaurirebbe completamente il deposito di 5700 CHF. – È previsto questo numero? O di solito è alto? – A questo punto è troppo tardi? C’è qualche azione che posso fare per negoziare? Dovrò passare dal loro ufficio il giorno dopo per restituire loro l’ultima chiave mancante dell’appartamento. C’è qualcosa che posso ancora fare/dire? Sono ancora sbalordito da questo numero e non ho lo stato d’animo più chiaro su come elaborarlo… Grazie in anticipo per qualsiasi consiglio. Insurance should cover the key, painting and floor (minus the deductible). In my case it did (paint and lost key).
The cleaning sounds excessive for 80m^2. How dirty/damaged did you leave it?
Do you have legal insurance? Do you have pictures/videos of how you left the apartment? This might determine your next action.
All in all it sounds like they’re trying to rip you off. I’d focus on the cleaning part though, you could even offer to return and redo if possible.
* Why the heck did you sign it?
* Why the heck did you not employ a cleaning agency for a full clean up to standard?
* What the heck did you do to the walls that they need painting?
* What’s the condition of the wooden flooring you seemingly have damaged?
Did you sign it? Really shouldn’t have….
And no way cleaning a flat costs 3k unless you butchered some animals in there and let them to rot for a month.
Why did you sign this? This sounds absolutely ridiculous!
