It must really suck to have a foreign export controller decide to deny you air defense ammunition and insist that it instead can only be used for some other purpose in some other country, other than where you want it to be used. Even though you paid for it.
How rude. Surely Switzerland will loudly object to this treatment. Surely we will hear some full-throated exclamations of outrage.

It’s not like Switzerland is in danger of being attacked when surrounded by nato countries. Seems like it would have been a waste if the missiles went to Switzerland
