      I have low expectation after multiple delays.

      I feel like August or September is more realistic.

      I know OPSEC is tight, but we have no idea if UKR has completed building the necessary secret runways and hidden hangars, or not.

      Without the secret runways and hidden hangars, it would be VERY hard to protect/maintain these VERY limited numbers of F-16s.

      Maybe Finland/Sweden has shared some jet hiding tricks with UKR, hopefully.
