Cara Austria, ho appena ricevuto quella lettera e non so cosa fare. In effetti ho parcheggiato lì per un breve periodo di tempo perché il mio bambino di 2 anni piangeva molto mentre tornavamo dalle vacanze. Era fuori dall’orario d’ufficio e sono rimasto solo qualche istante finché mio figlio non era pronto a viaggiare di nuovo, non abbiamo mai lasciato la macchina, non sono nemmeno sicuro di averla spenta. È legittimo? Cosa dovrei fare? C’è qualche possibilità che la cosa si risolva amichevolmente? Per tua informazione sono residente in Svizzera e ho ricevuto la lettera a casa mia senza firmarla.

in practice, there is not much you can do. arguing for an emergency would probably lack the evidence. if not evident enough by their video feed. or they are just basic huankinder like most of these people are.
like really, pay up. there is little you can do as they are simply allowed to do this.
