La targa sembra dire OS 151 C e la fascia rossa a destra dice che si tratta di targa da esportazione. Sono tornato a casa qualche ora dopo e sto cercando informazioni sulla targa tedesca ma è sotto il firewall di “Inserisci il numero VIN”. Conosco solo la targa del veicolo. Per assicurarmi che sia una targa tedesca e non una targa Blahblahblahlandica, ho cercato su Wikipedia le targhe tedesche e ho scoperto che la targa tedesca di immatricolazione del veicolo da esportazione ha lo stesso formato di questa targa. Come posso trovare le informazioni dettagliate sul veicolo, come il numero VIN, il proprietario, ecc. se ho solo questa foto e la targa del veicolo OS 151 C? Ho cercato in tutti i siti possibili a questo scopo, ma nessuno ha modo di trovare informazioni sul veicolo in base alla targa tedesca (per non parlare delle targhe di esportazione). You don’t. There’s no publicly available database of number plates and the vehicles behind them.
Registration information is not public. It is only accessible for law(enforcement) and administration
This falls under privacy protection: you can’t just get the details of any random vehicle you see in the streets. I can tell you that the plate was issued in either the city or the rural district of Osnabrück.
The numbers on the red band indicate the date that the (German) insurance for that vehicle expires, by which time it must have left Germany.
I’m guessing the photo was taken in Ukraine?
