Qualcuno può semplicemente spiegarmi cosa significa accedere al mio online banking? Credo che sia impossibile per qualcuno accedere al mio online banking senza il mio nome utente e il mio codice, ma qualcuno può dirmi cosa significa o come funziona? Perché lo fanno?

Well, *you log in* via your normal credentials and then allow Verimi certain access (probably check account balance or such). This is a EU standard procedure (X2A) – that I personally would not touch with a stick 😀
If in doubt, buy the DTicket with other providers, there are plenty.
“Your safety is important to use” it says above the dialog telling you that you’re about to reveal your whole financial status to buy a ticket. Satire is dead.
I too would never use a service like that. You can buy the Deutschlandticket with many different providers – Your local public transport organisation is sure to offer it as well!
Yeah this frustrated me enough to buy my Dticket through my local public transportation authorities (VRR) app. They don’t require identification. Check if that’s also the case for your local association.
