Il mio contratto di affitto è iniziato il 1 settembre 2021. Ha una durata minima di 3 anni. Vorrei trasferirmi in un altro appartamento entro settembre di quest’anno visto che il mio contratto dovrebbe scadere a fine agosto, ma il mio padrone di casa dice che posso partire solo a fine novembre, è vero? Ecco un estratto del mio contratto.

It’s not. The contract has no end date. You and your landlord forego your right to *cancel it* for three years.
You can cancel the contract at the earliest after these three years are over. If you add three months of notice period, you arrive at the end of November, as your landlord said.
