      Good start.

A personal note. After my country’s 9/11 I thought the matter needed to be handled as a crime, not a military attack. Get all actors and supporters into the dock and get real headway in making clear that terrorism of such scale and planning is at the same level as a war crime.

I turned out to not be wise, apparently, because wiser heads took my country, the US, to war. The first decade of this century was a constant feeling of dull pain: *the 21st century is going to be full of the same old shit.*

I could not morally give my clear support to my country’s 2000’s wars because I saw too many lies. I still think the US missed a tremendous opportunity to make organized and state-supported terrorism a clear internationally-defined crime.

It is hard to hold such people accountable not to mention an entire government or nation. I hope the ICC realizes — unless I am the dummy — we need clear and distinct anti-terrorism laws. The ways you can kill people only keep getting worse. And who knows how many states or groups are getting ideas watching how Russia gets away with it?
