I’ve posted comment with a huge list of (mostly) this kind of music not long before but what can remember now are: the belarus outfit, Syndrom Samazvanca, Асфіксія, TELEPORT
Most of them sadly have like 100-500 monthly listeners on Spotify or so
I recently discovered myself an indie rock group from Minsk [Дом сувязі](https://open.spotify.com/artist/66KTyp7a9UA1Iz65OQu5l3?si=edZVeS-jTra63MdWnz9LfA). They mostly play indie rock. As one of the comments here said, these guys also have less monthly listeners (about 500) but all of their work is available on Spotify.
Unfortunately, not every track is in Belarusian, so you might skip this one.
