All I know: this is a death certificate of Maryanna Bączyk, signed by Wawrzyn Geldner. Is there any information about their relation?
I think it says “Wirth”, an old spelling of “Wirt”, so that would be her landlord.
The handwriting is a cursive called Kurrent, which is no longer used. You might get a better answer from r/Kurrent.
