      Well, that’s clearly Schloss Drachenburg, and there’s a tram line along the river bank; so you’re on the Rhine at Königswinter looking south-east.

      You seem to be on a Boat i would guess. Definitly looking on the Drachenburg (middle) and the Drachenfels (top right mountain). Near Bonn, near Cologne. Part of Siebengebirge, part of the Rheinisches Schiefergebirge. City unter the Mountain is Königswinter. The River is the Rhine.

      you are opposite side of Königswinter , south of Bonn. Don’t eat French fries at the Drachenburg – to expensive and no good quality.

      I’m just a kilometre far from you.
      You are on the Rhine, you see the Schloss Drachenburg in the lower left and the medieval castle Drachenfels on top of the hill.
      You just passed Bonn, the former capital of western Germany.
