Wasnt this table here some 3 weeks or so ago, already ?
The reason for the price rise is that the start of the comparition timeframe was more-or-less on the absolute bottom of real estate prices after market collapse. I think from 2008 to 2010 real estate prices fell more than 50% in some cases.
