That usually is intentional. People failing for the poor German will be easier to be scammed overall.
I’ve seen worse. But these people target those who don’t make much use of their critical thinking skills, so horrendous language like this isn’t actually a disadvantage.

Hey, you’re one of the few here posting that realise that that’s a scam attempt.
Most people here go “Is this scam?”
At least they didn’t abandon the poor package this time. I get so many with abandoned packages, these poor things – probably chained to a fence on a street, getting wet. 😭
