I don’t know what they are called but they are not dangerous and you can’t do anything against them during summer.
They are just everywhere.
Looks like a „fruchtfliege“ to me.
Do you have a compost or something similar. They usually are attracted to old food and trash.
Those aren’t bugs but thrips, or thysanopterans. Harmless little insects.
Looks like Gewittertierchen.
Small, harmless, but very annoying bugs. They like bright colors and will stick to you if you wear them (or if you have pale skin). They usually appear before it starts to rain in summer (hence their name) or when its humid.
You can clean them out or even use a vacuum to remove them, but get rid of the bag afterwards. I’d just make sure to clean everywhere with detergent or whatever you have.
If you don’t have them, get fly screens for your windows and doors. They come in, if you leave your windows open.
While outside, you can wipe them off yourself with a wet wipe or just use a lint roller. Wear darker clothing, so that they leave you alone. Unfortunately, they are kind of just a thing during summer. Suuuper annoying when you leave your laundry outside to dry and they just cling to every piece of clothing.
