      The US homeless in SF for example are built different. They don’t want a normal life with an office job, they want to be on fent on the streets. They do have options to get help and clean but the street life suits them better.

      While I agree, America has about 700,000 homeless. While they have not been nearly as proactive in finding ways to deal with the crisis, Finland only has about 5,000. While this can be attributed to a smaller population, it can also be attributed to excellent social programs, such as Housing First, Kela, and a more left leaning stance on housing and associated laws.
