Dy te fundit dhe mund te jene te vertete, por kam pershtypjen qe per shumicen eshte marre parasysh thjesht feja dhe/ose krahina nga kane ardhur dhe jane quajtur si x etnicitet, sic eshte bere dhe me pare ne histori me shqiptaret.

Po komunistet e diteve te para ne Shqiperi qene Arumen. Byroja politike, regjizore e filmave te realizmit socialist, ishin te gjithe arumun. Kjo elite vazhdoi dhe ne demokraci te na udheheqe. Edi Rama eshte arumun, Fatos Nano po ashtu. Dhe kto greket arumun kane qene.

Some of them were indeed non-Albanian ethnically, but for some it is ambiguous, and some were partly Albanian and partly non-Albanian. For eg Shvarc’s father was Jewish but his mother was Albanian. And in his case, he is not known for being a “top official” of the communist party, but rather for his remarkable work as a translator.
I don’t know where you got that picture from, but I don’t understand what was the creator’s purpose behind it. It feels like it wants to highlight that the “heads” of the communist party were not Albanian. But for that it would be nice to have data as to what was the percentage of non-Albanians in the higher hierarchy.
Also, there are some other inconsistencies, like Liri Gero died in 1944 and Vojo Kushi in 1942 – do they count as top officials then? Branko Kadija died in 1942 together with Jordan Misja and Perlat Rexhepi, but he is singled out in the figure and the others are not mentioned (because they were Albanian). And I am pretty sure Ylli Bufi was not a top official, but I don’t know his ethnicity.

Koçi Xoxe ishte minoritar vlleh (dhe jo bullgar). Kiço Mustaqi ishte minoritar grek. Branko Kadia dhe Vojo Kushi ishin minoritar sërbo-malazez. Popoviçi ishte malazez dhe Mugosha ishte serb. Që të gjithë të tjerët ishin të gjithë shqiptarë. Rovert Shvarc ishte me baba hebre dhe mama Elbasanllie. Si Shvarci, si dhe Kryepeshkop Damiani nuk ishte anëtar partie, por ishin aktivë në Luftën Nacional Çlirimtare.
