Cosa significano questi segnali? Separatamente, direi che quello in alto dice di guidare solo dritto. Quello in basso: vietato svoltare a sinistra. Ma solo per le bici? In combinazione, quei due semplicemente non hanno senso per me.

top one: go straight ahead, bottom one: no left turns except for bikes
It probably says “Ausgenommen” above the bike symbol, that means that cars must always go straight but bikes can turn left if they want to.
