either your examinator is a 2 digit IQ shitpeddler or you forgot to include crucial details about this intersection
The examinator was the exact opposite of what you expect an examintor to be, he even said i was too slow (driving 22km on 30 zone during rush hour on a thursday in downtown),
But what completely blue my mind is this scenario:
Red cars are parked (illegally as it’s too close to the cross point), blue car is completely stopped but is still signaling to go right it’s obvious it took the turn too short. The other cars behind the blue car take the blue car over because they don’t want to wait for them to correct the manouver they started even though they’re going to the exact same spot (turning right).
Not wanting to enter the cross point with all of this going on, i wait for the blue car to fix/finish turning.
Examinator is not happy, the fuck?

Yeah you’re supposed to drive on the right hand side.
Examinator is right? Blue has to give right of way to red and red has to give it to you.
So you turn first, then red, then blue.
