Sto cercando questo edificio esatto a Berchtesgaden.

For more context, my grandfather painted this, and he always only painted real places that he’d been to in person, so I know this is an actual building in Berchtesgaden Germany.

My dream is to someday visit, and get a photograph of the exact same building from the same angle.

I’ve tried to do some research of my own, and I think it may be in the vicinity of 47°35’45.0″N 13°00’01.1″E , but I’m not 100% convinced I have the right spot.

For a moment this looked exactly like how I remember the lodge and the background looking at a ski resort I went to in Süd Tirol.
