Salve, sto rinnovando il mio permesso e mi è stato chiesto di ottenere una conferma che non ho mai avuto bisogno di un aiuto sociale. Ho provato a inviare un’e-mail all’indirizzo che mi hanno fornito ma ho ricevuto una mail che diceva che non sono mai stato residente nella città di Zurigo (invece della conferma che speravo). In effetti è vero, ho vissuto in due città diverse nel canton Zurigo. Qualcuno sa dove posso trovare il posto giusto o l’indirizzo email giusto rilevante per le mie 2 città?

I would mail the two municipal administrations and ask about that piece of paper. Worse case scenario is they point you to the right place to get said paper.
Every municipality should have their own ‘Sozialamt’ or a regional one in case of small towns. I’d go to the official website of the town and check for the Sozialamt contact details, or send an email to the Gemeindeamt directly and ask them for guidance
