I suppose you could start with a Google search: that should give you some ballpark figures and some information about which budget airlines fly there.
Ryanair
they fly at bad times from shit airports but oftentimes just cost 20-50 € per flight
flew from germany to ireland two times and both times paid ~25€ per flight. driving to the airport and parking there was more expensive
