Come si pulisce questo pavimento Parkett?

I just moved to this apartment and have this floor, that I’d like to clean better. I vacuum it every few days but I don’t know what else to do. I saw some people using water, but I’m not sure that would damage the floor?

Which kind of products do you use to clean this, that I can find in Germany?
