Lohikeitto – Zuppa di salmone finlandese

Hello everyone!
I recently made youtube channel where i cook dishes from around the world.

Considering that I visited Turku for 4 days, and Helsinki for 3 days last month, i decided that my 2nd dish is gonna be Lohikeitto!

Please tell me how did i do. All criticism is welcome. What would you change, and how often do you it it, actually?
