Ciao a tutti, attualmente sto affittando un appartamento e ho il problema che fa troppo caldo dentro. Prima ho vissuto per un anno in un appartamento diverso e potevo controllare il riscaldamento (o meglio la temperatura) con i controlli che avevamo in ogni stanza e potevo solo scegliere se voglio che sia 5 (il più caldo possibile) o il segno di congelamento cioè assenza di riscaldamento. Nel nuovo appartamento ho gli stessi controlli in tutte le stanze ma sembra che non abbia importanza quale livello di riscaldamento scelgo. Inoltre, ho il seguente pannello di controllo (foto allegata) con un solo pulsante per passare attraverso diverse visualizzazioni e c’è anche una visualizzazione per vedere la temperatura minima/massima che avevo nell’appartamento (presumo che sia per le ultime 24 ore). Il problema è che non c’è modo di modificare la temperatura minima/massima e la temperatura minima di 24 gradi è semplicemente troppo per me. Qualcuno potrebbe gentilmente spiegarmi cosa devo fare in questo caso? Devo chiamare la società di manutenzione e chiedere direttamente a loro oppure mi sfugge qualcosa e c’è un modo per abbassare il riscaldamento della temperatura minima?

What kind of heating does the apartment use? Central heating? Electric?
If it’s central, it could be that your panel does nothing and the actual control is the knobs on the radiators themselves.
Your apartment probably has underfloor heating, same as mine. Is the apartment recently built like after 2010?
The temperature regulator in the walls only deviate 2° +/- and that’s it. The real control will be somewhere in the walls (hidden metal panel) which will have knobs that you can use to adjust the hot water which flows through the pipes.
Additionally, there might also be a ventilation unit that you can use to adjust the circulation of air. It also heats and cools the air that circulates within the apartment.
However the best course of action would be to contact the landlord or maintenance company.
