      Russian reality is not like regular reality. He needs to understand that anything promised by the Russian state is not actually real in a physical sense. I suggest doubling down on denial and vodka. Maybe watch an episode of Solojev ranting about conquering London and Paris to cheer himself up whilst the Ukranian tanks roll by outside?
