Now that Ukraine has broken through, it is time to do some deep penetration and destroy Ruzzia’s rear.
Although Ukraine makes no claim on any country’s territory, Sudzha is a historically Ukrainian city. Founded in the 17th century by Cossacks, Sudzha was part of Sloboda Ukraine. Bolshevik russians invaded in 1917. In December 1918, Sudzha was the capital of Soviet Ukraine.

Given Putins penchant for sitting at absurdly large tables this must be quite the feat
I’ve read a lot about the wisdom & longterm viability of this strategy as well as speculation about the true goals (which clearly do not include long-term conquering).
I don’t care about any of that.
At the end of the day, Ukraine is getting the KGB to kill generals for them, distracting putin, and putting putin’s position more at risk within russia’s power structure.
That is more than a symbolic win.
Putin: the tables are spinning comrade. I’m getting dizzy and might fall out a window…after you fall out first!

You will have an idea in about a week or so if Russia has truly been weakened military. We will see if they push the Ukrainians out quickly or if they do not have the ability to do so. Putin will not be happy if they can only advance by meters on Russian territory.
