Ciao di nuovo, credo, ho fatto domanda per un lavoro nella società BSH, come hanno detto, con sede a Celje. Ho avuto una telefonata con uno dei membri di kariera.si e mi è stato detto che lo stipendio è di circa 1100e con 3 mesi di pagamento dell’appartamento. Con quello c’è anche nella descrizione "pasto caldo organizzato per tutti i turni" il che significa che ho un pasto gratuito durante il giorno dall’azienda? Mi chiedo solo dopo 3 mesi quanto sarà difficile risparmiare, non faccio feste o altro e in ogni azienda sono consentiti gli straordinari? Devo andare in Slovenia per consegnare i documenti o come sarà, mi è stato detto che ci chiameremo di nuovo in data xx. Ho pensato che dopo 3 mesi avrei dovuto trovare qualcuno con cui dividere l’affitto. Se qualcuno vuole controllare l’offerta di lavoro, eccola:

How many shifts are you working? 1100€ is basically minimum wage, specially if you’ll be working morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
The job posting says its based in Nazarje, so I’m not sure why you were told that you’d be based in Celje. I’d double check about both where the apartment is, and where exactly you’ll be working.
The way it works in Slovenia is that the company needs to pay for your food – it’s a benefit, and one option is that you get money with the wage, or the company has a cafeteria on site where you can get a warm meal. My company has a cafeteria and I get money onto the work ID card with which I can that buy a few options in the cafeteria. That they say that hot meal is provided for all shifts just means that the cafeteria is also open on night shifts and you can go there and eat. And I also found that companies that get workers from countries with Muslim populations will make sure that there are pork-free options, in case this applies to you.
With overtime it differs from company to company – based on what they need. But if you get extra pay, it means that at the end of the year you might need to pay more taxes, so be aware of that. Or sometimes you can just do overtime and get extra hours you can then use up to get extra days off.
I’m not sure about the papers – I’d ask at the job agency, they can help there more than I can.
Be aware that rents have been going up in Slovenia, so make sure to start searching for a place and a roommate asap, do not wait until the 3 months have passed.
If you won’t spend the money for the rent, I’d recommend putting aside as much as you can in the first 3 months, because you’ll need to put down a deposit if you move to a new place afterwards.
