I don’t think that’s pure mistake or ignorance.

I went to the official website and there is no country name besides Lviv. There is just „Lviv“ and not „Lviv (Russia)“ or „Lviv (Ukraine)“
In generally also by other athletes and other countries, there’re no country name beside the city.
Conclusion: probably a ruzzian hacker attack, that got fixed quickly.
Fuck this Olympics
And of all places to mistake as part of russia, Lviv the epicentre of Ukrainian nationalism.
