Il mio pacco è stato consegnato qui, ma ho controllato con tutti i vicini e il padrone di casa è persino andato alla stazione di imballaggio più vicina ieri, ma nessuno ha visto il pacco. Ieri ho provato a spedire con DHL. Sai cosa posso fare ora? Devo aspettare un altro giorno? O fare una richiesta?

You can’t do much, only the sender can. Contact him/her and explain your problem. The sender has to start a research order with DHL. Either they find your package or at some point you might get asked to sign a waver confirming that you did not recieve the package. After that they should reimburse the value of the lost package to the sender who can send you an replacement.
